VACUUM DEHYDRATOR – JGC is the Philippines' foremost manufacturer of in-line vacuum dehydrator filtration units, with a capacity ranging from 1GPM to 5 GPM. Available for food-grade applications (all stainless steel) and the power industry, our proprietary technology can evacuate moisture from .1% (1,000ppm) down to .01% (100ppm) in one pass, surpassing all available dehydrators. OWGS - Oil Water Grease Separators manufactured by JGC are used by many industrial and commercial QSR (Quick Service Restaurants). 

PROCESS MACHINES – We manufacture industrial processing machines, including filling machines, automatic bag weighers, and check weighers, among others. 

FILTRATION UNITS – We manufacture an array of advanced filtration systems for potable water, edible and used oil, wastewater, and sludge, catering to both food and non-food applications. Our offerings include sediment, ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, centrifuge, and membrane separation systems, as well as mobile treatment plants with fully automatic backwash and CIP functions. 

WASTE WATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS – We supply and manufacture water treatment systems such as JECO systems, MBBR, AOP, UF, RO units, DAF (dissolved air flotation), lamella clarifiers, bar screens, oil-water separators, and sludge presses for wastewater. 

OIL PRESS EQUIPMENT – Oil processing is one of JGC's expertise areas, and we manufacture extractors, expellers with inline feeders, and feed conditioners. 

GEAR PUMPS – We supply various gear pumps for food, chemical, or fuel use, available in stainless steel or iron. 

PHE HEAT EXCHANGERS – Our range of heat exchangers includes plate, tube, or radiator types.
